Zoltán Hús exhibition
2017. May 18. - June 18.
Zoltán Hús was born in 1949 in Budapest. Between 1964 and 1968 he was the student of the College for Fine and Applied Arts. In 1976 he graduated from the Theological College of Esztergom. Between 1980 and 1994 he lived in New York and Hollywood, where he turned away from the modernist trends and approached the old masters technique of painting, which formed his individual stlye and visual concepts.
Zoltán Hús paintings are full of visual paradoxes, and his works show the soft and sensual efforts of the old masters, combined with secret hidden inspirations and dreamlike contents.
